I adore all of the Stampington Company's magazines...but when I discovered them many years ago, it was Somerset Studio that took my breath away...I was officially hooked. Ever since, I have been impressed with the quality of the publication and the enormous creativity within. It is always very inspiring.

ReplyDeletemy article is called "BRILLIANT SIMPLICITY - Finding Inspiration from Alfred Hitchcock Films".
In this collection, I was inspired by his iconic imagery but wanted to challenge myself to convey Hitchcock films' emotional and visual feast without using any actual images directly from the films.
This was a very enjoyable for me and instilled even more appreciation for Hitchcock's talent - simple done right is not as easy as it sounds.
